Our instructor has 15 years of law enforcement experience and 13 years in the security field. NRA
Certified pistol, rifle, and shotgun instructor. Certified Axon Taser Instructor, Law Enforcement
Firearms Instructor, Illinois State Security Instructor, Wisconsin State Firearm Instructor.
20 hours of training is mandatory for employment in contract security
in the State of Illinois. Completion of this 20-hour class and successful
passing of the final exam you will obtain the certificate needed to apply
for your PERC (Permanent Employment Registration Card) issued by
the State to work as a Security Officer.
This comprehensive 28-hour course is designed to equip individuals
with the skills and knowledge required for employment as an armed
security professional in Illinois. Participants will learn about firearm
safety, state laws and regulations governing armed security, conflict
resolution, and emergency response techniques.
This class is designed for individuals who wish to gain expertise in
handling and operating shotguns and rifles. Participants will learn
about firearm safety, maintenance, accurate shooting, and applicable
state laws. The course will also emphasize responsible firearm
ownership and usage.
This class provides comprehensive training in the use of conducted
electrical weapons. Participants will learn about the capabilities and
limitations of tasers, proper deployment techniques, and safety
protocols with legal considerations associated with taser usage.
This hands-on class is designed to teach participants how to effectively
and safely utilize various non-lethal tools used in the field of security
and law enforcement.
This essential class covers fundamental first aid and CPR techniques.
Participants will learn how to respond to medical emergencies, provide
initial care for injuries, and perform life-saving CPR procedures.
The curriculum encompasses firearm safety, legal considerations,
marksmanship, and situational awareness. Participants will undergo
training in both classroom and shooting range settings.
This 8-hour class provides the necessary re-qualification training to
maintain proficiency and adherence to state standards. Participants will
refresh their knowledge of firearm safety, marksmanship, and legal
requirements.
This 3-hour class offers a refresher on essential topics such as firearm
safety, state laws, and ethical considerations. Participants will review
their responsibilities as concealed carry license holders and receive
updates on any legal changes.
Fingerprinting is for anyone needing fingerprinting for any professional license. This can include nurses, bankers, real estate agents as well as CCP and security guards.
