We prioritize seasonal ingredients and strong partnerships with local farms and purveyors, sourcing thoughtfully to ensure quality, freshness, and transparency at every stage. By working closely with regional producers, we’re able to highlight ingredients at their peak and bring a sense of place to every menu we create.
Our chefs build menus around what’s available and at its best, rather than relying on static offerings, allowing each event to feel timely and intentional. This approach not only elevates the guest experience, but also supports regional agriculture and strengthens the communities we’re part of.
From long-standing farm relationships to daily sourcing decisions, local is not a trend for us, it’s a foundational part of how we cook, plan, and serve.
Our on-site greenhouse allows our culinary team to grow fresh herbs, greens, and edible flowers used throughout our menus. Today, more than 80 varieties are grown year-round, nurtured in organic soil we have cared for season after season.
This small but meaningful step allows our chefs to incorporate hyper-local ingredients into dishes while reducing transportation impact and supporting seasonal cooking.
More than a growing space, the greenhouse represents our commitment to thoughtful sourcing and a deeper connection to the food we serve.
We prioritize seasonal ingredients and partnerships with local farms and purveyors. Thoughtful sourcing strengthens regional agriculture and informs menus built around freshness and intention.
Compostable materials make up more than half of the waste sent to landfills. To help reduce what we send to landfills, our culinary team collects food scraps during preparation and works with clients to integrate composting solutions whenever possible.
During events, organic waste and food scraps are separated and stored for collection by our composting partner, WasteNot Compost. In many cases, compost produced through this program returns to nourish soil used to grow new ingredients.
This circular system allows waste to be repurposed into resources that support healthy soil and food systems.
Reducing food waste is an important part of our sustainability efforts.
Paramount Events partners with Copia, a technology-based food recovery service that coordinates the pickup and donation of surplus prepared food after events.
Copia works with an extensive network of nonprofit organizations to ensure food reaches individuals and families in need. The platform also manages the legal protections and logistics required for food donation, allowing businesses to donate prepared food responsibly and safely.
Through this partnership, food that might otherwise go to waste continues to serve our community.
