It’s hard to believe we’re already talking about the end of summer. At Paramount Events, the past few months have been a beautiful mix of sunshine, love, and celebration. Chicago’s wedding season never fails to inspire us, and this year was no exception—from intimate at-home gatherings to grand city celebrations, we’ve been honored to play a part in so many unforgettable “I do” moments.
For us, a wedding isn’t complete without exceptional food. This summer, our culinary team fully embraced the season’s freshest flavors, drawing inspiration from locally grown produce and herbs harvested right from our on-site greenhouse. From ahi tuna tartare with ponzu, lemongrass, and ginger to a vibrant compressed melon and avocado salad, every dish was crafted to celebrate the bounty of the season. Guests also delighted in plates like crescenza ravioletti with corn purée, haricot vert, wild mushroom, black truffle, and tarragon. From the first bite to the last toast, it was a season filled with flavor, beauty, and joy.
