What began in 2011 as an idea and a modest office has grown into one of Chicago’s most trusted catering and event companies. Paramount Events started in a 735-square-foot space with a team of just five people and a big vision for what hospitality could look like in Chicago. Event by event and relationship by relationship, that vision began to grow.
Paramount Events prides itself on being a woman-owned and operated business, led by founder and CEO Jodi Fyfe. With more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Jodi built Paramount Events on the belief that great food and exceptional service have the power to bring people together. Since founding the company in 2011, she has helped elevate Chicago’s wedding, corporate, nonprofit, and drop-off catering markets, establishing Paramount Events as a trusted resource for events across the city.
Today, Paramount Events operates from a 41,000-square-foot headquarters and supports more than 530 team members, delivering catering and event services across the city for weddings, corporate events, galas, social celebrations, and drop-off catering. While much has evolved over the past 15 years, the heart of Paramount has always remained the same: a deep commitment to thoughtful hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for every guest.
