While appointments are not required, we highly recommend scheduling one so we can allocate sufficient time to assess the necessary repairs and discuss the entire process with you.
Why do you call it a “consultation” rather than an “estimate”?
We don’t offer “estimates” for vehicle repairs because true estimates involve guesswork. Instead, we provide consultations to educate you about your repairs and consumer rights. After we intake your vehicle and conduct a full disassembly, we can give you an accurate cost for repairing your vehicle correctly, following the manufacturer’s repair procedures.
